Cathy Strahan created a beautiful oasis for my backyard patio. She helped me decide on type and color of the pavers and boarders. That process is much more difficult than I imagined! She is well educated and knowledgeable in her field. Even though I was a little nervous during process, she helped me through. She always answers texts quickly; therefore I never felt like I was just left hanging. The team she had to do the tear out and install were amazing. They had great attention to the smallest details. They never rushed the job and it turned out beautiful. I give Cathy and her team 10 stars ! ⭐️

I wanted a paver patio to replace our rotten 350 sq. ft deck and walkway and checking Yelp reviews came upon GMC Pavers and Landscape. I feel very fortunate that I did. I contacted them around July 10 and now on July 30 I have a perfectly executed and beautiful raised patio for a very reasonable price from a completely painless process. Janaii, the very personable and knowledgeable project manager led us through the choices and specifics while her uncles-the owner and builder executed the work perfectly. All the workers were diligent, respectful and easy to have around. They worked when they said they would, finished as promised and left a beautifully cleaned up project site. I can't say enough nice things about this team, and will call them first for my next project.

Cathy Strahan and Gerardo Martinez transformed our outdoor living space. I first worked with Cathy in 2018. She designed a private courtyard for us. I asked her to Feng shui the space. Our front yard became functional and secure in the most beautiful way. I called her again in 2024 to tackle our backyard- an area sloped toward the Lafayette Creek that touches our property line. It was a muddy mess back there and we never used it. We needed drainage and levels and stairs and lights. Cathy designed all that plus a sitting area, dining area, bbq space, ice tub area, hideaway storage and stylish fencing. Because she and Gerardo work seamlessly together all the unforeseen issues that naturally arise were handled elegantly without straying from the design or budget. The mix of materials, rocks and pavers, wood and metal, are stunning. She chose paver colors that pop without overpowering the natural beauty of a creekside backyard. Gerardo and his family are talented woodworkers too. They extended my deck and built wood walls and fences. They worked through January and February. By end of year a wall had moved. Gerardo came back to fix it. He went above and beyond, replaced a post, built a new gate, at his own expense. He adjusted pavers where he saw puddles. A year later and it still looks brand new. I can’t overstate the impact Cathy Strahan has made on the tranquility of my home. Thank you Cathy, Gerardo and GMC! You provide an extraordinary level of excellence and customer service that is unheard of in 2025.

If you're looking for a backyard re-do, GMC is most definitely your go-to landscaping company.Working with Cathy for our design, and then with Geraldo and his team for the physical work, was a joy from start to finish. We had a couple fairly significant changes mid-project and they were professional and accommodating throughout the entire job. Highly recommend.

I found Cathy and Gerardo at GMC by sheer luck after asking a neighbor who did their beautiful landscaping. Long story, but so glad I did. Cathy is an extraordinary designer for varied tastes and needs. She asked what I wanted, she provided me with ideas and plans, and Ta Da!! They had an opening in their schedule and did the job in one week. Cathy was the main contact, and came to the job site daily to ensure I was happy, and Gerardo and his crew were also super professional. They run a tight ship, never a wasted moment, product arrived as needed like clockwork, everyone knew what they needed to do and did it very well. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. They will be getting a call next year when I do my front yard. I'd give10 stars if I could!

She followed us through until the end of our project. Cathy was very knowledgeable in her plants and pavers knowledge. She walked us through every step of the design process. She was accessible by email or phone and always responded in a timely manner. The owner and employees ( family members) were outstanding workers. From demolition through delivery of products through completion of project. Everything was on time and on budget. Amazing job by these guys! Totally transformed my backyard and not only that but they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They weren’t even planning to plant our trees or plants but they offered anyway and it looks so good! Definitely would recommend them to anyone who needs their yard done. Great customer service, super nice workers and very quick as well!
